1. About IHK Enterprise Ltd

IHK Enterprise Ltd is a used car dealership trading from Unit 7 Ridge Farm, Horsham Road, Rowhook, West Sussex, RH12 3QB. Registered in England and Wales. By using our website or purchasing a vehicle from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Vehicle Sales

All vehicles are sold as described. We make every effort to accurately represent our vehicles; however, all vehicles are sold as seen and subject to the terms below:

• All vehicles are HPI checked at the time of listing. IHK Enterprise is not liable for any changes to HPI status after the check date.
• A 12-month warranty is included with every vehicle. Warranty terms are provided at the time of purchase.
• Finance is arranged subject to status. IHK Enterprise acts as a credit broker, not a lender.
• Vehicle descriptions are for guidance only. Specification, mileage, and condition may vary from published details.
• A reservation deposit may be required to hold a vehicle. Deposits are refundable at IHK Enterprise's discretion.

3. Consumer Rights

Consumer purchases are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a vehicle is found not to be as described or not of satisfactory quality within 30 days of purchase, you may be entitled to a full refund. Between 30 days and 6 months, we have the right to attempt one repair or replacement before offering a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any concerns.

For vehicles purchased online and delivered, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 may provide a 14-day cooling-off period. Please contact us for details.

4. Workshop & Bodyshop Services

• Quotes are estimates only. Final costs may vary depending on the work required once the vehicle is inspected.
• We will obtain your approval before carrying out any work that significantly exceeds the original estimate.
• IHK Enterprise is not liable for pre-existing faults discovered during servicing or repair.
• Vehicles left uncollected for more than 14 days may incur storage charges.

5. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for information only. Prices, stock, and information are subject to change without notice. IHK Enterprise does not accept liability for any loss arising from reliance on information published on this website.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, IHK Enterprise's liability in connection with any vehicle or service is limited to the purchase price paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
